Pay scale ( वेतन ) : (on daily wage basis @ Rs 280/- per day)
Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : i) Should be a Matriculate or its equivalent from recognized Board of School Education / Institution. ii) Must possess valid Driving license for the plying of Heavy/Light vehicles in hilly terrain.
Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

How to apply Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission (HPSSC) Vacancy ( आवेदन कैसे करे ) : The applications are invited only from eligible candidates on the prescribed form along with relevant supporting documents which should reach in the office of the Secretary, HP Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur-177001 on or before 18-06-2018 positively, and for the candidate residing in tribal areas of Himachal Pradesh, the last date of receipt of application is 03-07-2018.The candidates before applying for the post shall ensure their eligibility, age etc in terms of the advt. to avoid rejection at the later stage.
General instructions ( सामान्य निर्देश ) : a) Age of a candidate shall be reckoned as on 01-01-2018. b) 5 years relaxation in upper age limit is admissible only to the bonafied SC of HP/ST of HP/OBC of HP/WFF of HP/ Persons with disabilities of HP., For HP Govt. Employees and Ex-Serviceman of HP, age relaxation is as per Govt. instructions issued from time to time
