Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Ph. D in Science or Engineering or Technologies as relevant to the job description

Experience requirements ( अनुभव ) : Minimum 4-8 years of post qualification relevant work experience to the job description

Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :Essential: Teaching experience in any of the following areas:- Artificial Intelligence Image Processing Desirable: Writing of Research Project proposal and Project reports. Skill to manage multiple teams for delivery and Project Management. Experience of handling government projects will be preferred. Excellent communication and analytical skills. - Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Hands on ability to execute projects independently. High design standards and ability to present the work at various forums.

Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is the premier R&D organization of the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY), Ministry of Communications & Information Technology (MCIT) for carrying out R&D in IT, Electronics and associated areas. Different areas of C-DAC, had originated at different times, many of which came out as a result of identification of opportunities. The setting up of C-DAC in 1988 itself was to built Supercomputers in context of denial of import of Supercomputers by USA. Since then C-DAC has been undertaking building of multiple generations of Supercomputer starting from PARAM with 1 GF in 1988.
