Eligibility Criteria for Indian Army LDC, Tradesman Mate, Material Assistant Jobs 2017
Educational Qualification:
1. Tradesman Mate (Erstwhile Mazdoor trade) - (a) Matriculation (10th) Pass or equivalent from recognized Board). (b) Knowledge of Hindi.
2. Fireman - (a) Matriculation (10th pass) or equivalent from recognized Board)
3. Material Assistant (Erstwhile Supdt Store) - Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University or Diploma in Material Management or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline from any recognized Institution.
4. LDC - (a) 12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. (b) English typing @ 35 w.p.m. on computer or Hindi typing @ 30 w.p.m. on computer

Age Limit:
Candidate’s Age Limit Should be between (For Tradesman Mate/ Fireman & LDC - 18 to 25 Years), (For Material Assistant (erstwhile Supdt Store) - 18 to 27 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Pay Scale:
1. Tradesman Mate (Erstwhile Mazdoor trade) - Rs.5400 - 20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1800/-
2. Fireman - Rs.5400 - 20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
3. Material Assistant (Erstwhile Supdt Store) - Rs.5400 - 20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
4. LDC - Rs.5400 - 20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1900/-
