Eligibility Criteria for Indian Navy Recruitment 2016
Educational Qualification:
1. Pilot - Candidates should have passed BE/ B.Tech degree or in the final year of Engineering Course in any discipline with physics & maths at 12th standard.
2. NAIC - Candidates should have passed BE/ B.Tech degree or in the final year of Engineering Course in any one stream i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, Instrumentation, IT, Chemical Metallurgy and Aerospace Engineering.

Age Limit: (As on 01.07.2016)
(a) Age for Pilot.
(i) General Candidates. 19 to 24 years, born between 02 Jul 1993 and 01 Jul 1998; both dates inclusive.
(ii) CPL Holders. 19 to 25 years, born between 02 Jul 1992 and 01 Jul 1998; both dates inclusive
(b) Age for NAIC – 19 ½ - 25 years, born between 02 Jul 1992 and 01 Jan 1998; both dates inclusive.

Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-

Indian Navy Recruitment 2016 - Selection Procedure
Selection Procedure: SSB interviews for short-listed candidates will be scheduled from Dec 16 to Mar 17 at Bangalore for pilot entry, SSB interviews for NAIC will be scheduled at Bangalore/Bhopal/Coimbatore/Visakhapatnam. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about their selection for SSB interview on their e-mail or through SMS (provided by candidates in their application form).
