3. Assistant Manager - Graduation & Post Graduation (IT/Computer Science) from a recognized University/Institute./ B.E./B.Tech (Civil) from a recognized University/Institute/
4. Manager - Graduation with MBA/Diploma in HR with a recognized university / Graduation /Diploma in Marketing with a recognised university/institute/ University/Institute along with CA/ICWA
5. Assistant General Manager - B.E./B.Tech (Civil) from a recognized University/Institute

Age Limit: -
Candidate’s IIDL Recruitment Age Limit Should not exceed (For Post 1 -30 years), (For Post 2 - 32 Years), (for Post 3 - 35 Years), (for Post 4 -35 Years), (for Post 5 - 37 Years). The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules.
