Qualification: 
1. Deputy General Manager (Safety) - (E-5) - Pilot holding CHPL /ATPL (H) / CPL OR Engineer holding AME licence
2. Asstt. General Manager (Human Resources) - (E-4) - Candidate should be in possession of MBA's or holding Post Graduate Degree / two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from a recognised University/ Institution + minimum of seven years post qualification executive experience
3. Manager (Internal Audit) - Candidates should be CA's / ICWA's / MBA's from a recognized Institution with specialization in Finance.
4. Manager (Safety) - Pilot holding CHPL /ATPL (H) / CPL OR Engineer holding AME licence + Minimum 03 years of experience in Civil Aviation and 2 years in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC. The incumbent should have experience
5. Manager (FOQA) - Pilot holding CHPL / ATPL(H) + Minimum 03 years of experience in Civil Aviation and 2 years in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC having knowledge about preparation of FDR/CVR readouts and their analysis will be an added advantage

Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceed (For Post 1, 2 - 40 Years), (For Post 3, 4, 5 - 30 Years).Relaxations in upper age limit For OBC 3 Years, For SC/ST Candidates 5 Years. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules
