Qualification: 
Industrial Relations Officer - Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and valid registration in Bar Council with 3 years experience in Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare
Junior Engineer (Electrical) - B.E/B.Tech (EEE) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (DEE) LEE from Board of Technical Education and Training Chennai and Supervisory Competency Certificate from Electrical Wireman, Supervisors and Contractors Licensing Board Chennai
Junior Assistant - 10th Std Pass


Age Limit: Candidates Age should not exceed (For Post 1, 2 - 35 Years), (For Post 3 - 30 Years). Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules

Pay Scale:
Industrial Relations Officer - Rs. 15600 - 39100/- with Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Junior Engineer (Electrical) - Rs. 9300 - 34800/- with Grade Pay Rs.4400/-
Junior Assistant - Rs. 5200 - 20200/- with Grade Pay Rs.2400/-
